The off-year election is Nov. 7 and the polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. to vote in municipal, school and judicial races. To view a sample ballot, voters in Allegheny County should go to www.alleghenycounty.us/elections, while voters in Washington County should go to www.co.washington.pa.us/elections.
