Army Pfc. Chelsey A. Smith has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. A 2010 graduate of Bethel Park High School, Smith earned an associate degree from The Bradford School in 2012. She is the daughter of Bridgette L. Vogel and Edward J. Smith of Bethel Park.
