Rebecca Zipay of South Park graduated with a criminal justice degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She was also recognized as a University Scholar.
Mark Higgins of Canonsburg was recognized at Youngstown State University’s annual Honors Convocation with Quest 2013 – Dean’s Undergraduate Award – College of Fine and Performing Arts.
