Peters Library a treasure

I was a resident of Upper St. Clair for 36 years and was very proud of our library. It was a great asset to the community. Presently, I have been a resident of Peters Township for eight years and have been equally proud of and enthusiastic about our library. It is truly a community treasure: a community gathering place served by a kind, personal and professional staff. It offers programs for all ages and interests. I have always encountered smiling faces and friendly staff, never grumpy, negative ones.
