A man and woman were arrested by Peters Township police Monday after being accused of attempting to cash an apparently fraudulent check. Mark Malone Jr., 44, of Braddock, and Shona Marie Conley, 42, of Pittsburgh, each face felony charges of forgery and access device fraud. According to the criminal complaint, Peters Township police were called to the Community Bank on Washington Road where Malone had attempted to cash a check.
