Football clinic
A football clinic for women will be held from 8:30 a.m. to noon Aug. 10 at Pine-Richland Stadium, 700 Warrendale Road. in Gibsonia.
Fee is $40, before Aug. 1. Ages 18 and older can participate.

Fabus run
The fifth Annual Joey Fabus Superhero Run Over DIPG 5K Race/1 Mile Walk will take place at 9 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 15 at Bethel Park High School. Fees are $25 for the run and $15 for the walk.
On January 21, 2015 Joey died from DIPG (diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma) after being diagnosed with the disease in May of 2014.
The Joey Fabus Childhood Cancer Foundation has been formed in his honor to help bring awareness and funding to find a cure for DIPG.
